5.5 pak367 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of any provision of this Agreement.
6.1 pak367 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be satisfied using eligible games as specified in the promotion details.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
